Participating Healthcare Plans and Networks
For your convenience, Brooks-TLC and physicians employed by the hospital are participating providers in many healthcare plans and networks.
It is important for you to check with your insurance company to determine if the hospital service you require is covered by your plan. Some insurance providers may have exclusions in your contract that so it is best to verify your individual coverage with your insurance provider.
Online Bill Payments
For your convenience, Brooks-TLC provides a secure online Payment Portal, an easy way to pay your hospital bill by credit card or by check. To expedite this process, please have patient account number available, which begins with a letter followed by 8 numbers.
Please note that this Portal only accepts payments for bills directly from Brooks-TLC. If you have received a bill from a physician service provider listed HERE, please contact the provider directly.
For more information about paying your bill online, please contact one of our knowledgeable Patient Financial Services Representatives, M-F from 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. at (716) 375-7331,

Physician Services Billed Separately
It is also important for you to know that certain physician services you receive at the hospital are not all included in your hospital bill. Brooks-TLC contracts with a number of physician groups, such as anesthesiologists, cardiologists, radiologists, sleep lab specialists, emergency room physicians, pain management, and consulting specialists/surgeons, to provide a full array of your healthcare services at the hospital.
Physicians who provide these services in the hospital may or may not participate with the same health plans as the hospital. Please note that you may receive a separate bill from these physicians or their billing company. A list of contracted healthcare providers and billing services along with their contact information can be found by clicking the button below.
It is highly recommended that you check with the physician arranging your hospital services to determine which insurance plans they participate in. You should also check with this physician to determine whether the services of any other physicians will be required for your care. Your physician can provide you with the name, practice name, mailing address and telephone number of any other healthcare providers whose services may be needed as part of your care.
