The Hospital Switchboard responds to calls 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our lobby switchboard/receptionist office is open from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Should you need to contact a hospitalized loved one, or obtain information about our services, our switchboard operators are ready to assist you.

Pre-Procedure Services

If you have questions about a scheduled hospital procedure, please contact  Patient Access 716-363-3003.

Scheduling Your Outpatient Services

Some physician-requested exams or tests need to be scheduled. Patient Access team members are available to assist you with scheduling of outpatient procedures Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Physician-requested exams such as MRI, Ultrasound, Mammography, Fluoroscopy, Pulmonary Function, Echocardiogram, Nuclear Medicine – Stress, Holter Monitors, Biopsy, etc. can be scheduled by calling 716-363-3933.

If your provider has electronically sent the order(s) for your exam or testing procedure, it can be scheduled when you call. If an order has not been sent by your provider, you will need to bring the order in to our Scheduling Department before the exam or testing can be scheduled.
