New Northern Chautauqua County Hospital

Brooks TLC Hospital will relocate from 529 Central Ave, Dunkirk, NY, to a newly constructed hospital at 412 East Main Street, Fredonia, NY. The new Fredonia location will provide enhanced access to all Northern Chautauqua County residents; new technology; medical exam, consultation and treatment space; and a helipad for emergency transfers, ensuring a higher level of care.
