Mary LaRowe, president and CEO of the Brooks-TLC Hospital System since April 2016, and interim president and CEO of Upper Allegheny Health System, was named to Buffalo Business First’s Power 200 Women list of 2021.

Compiled annually, the list comes from the opinions and observations of the reporters and editors of Buffalo Business First and celebrates the most powerful and accomplished women in Western New York, whose talent and influence fuel economic, social and cultural growth.

“I am honored to be named to Business First’s Power 200 Women 2021 list and privileged to have worked with some of the best and most committed to improving healthcare in our communities over the years,” said LaRowe. “To be listed among these Western New York women, who work tirelessly and continuously to improve the lives of those we serve, and to know that together, we are making a recognizable difference, is very humbling.”

LaRowe has over 30 years of healthcare experience, the majority of which is in healthcare administration and leadership. LaRowe holds an MBA from the University at Buffalo and a bachelor’s degree in nursing, from D’Youville College. A Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, she is board certified in healthcare management.

LaRowe was previously named to Buffalo Business First’s Power 200 Women list in 2019.
