

Kathy Dillenburg, MSN, RN
Brooks-TLC Hospital System, Inc. announces the appointment of Kathy Dillenburg, MSN, RN, to Director of Nursing for Outpatient Services, effective Dec. 1.
Dillenburg brings over 16 years of nursing experience to her new role, including that as a former clinical nurse educator, former clinical nurse education manager – both at Brooks-TLC, and as organization development manager with the Lake Erie Regional Health System of New York. She was the cardiac-stroke-substance management unit director at UPMC Chautauqua before returning to BTLC in early 2022 as the coordinator for employee health, infection control and central sterile processing.
“We were thrilled when Kathy returned to us earlier this year,” said Julie Morton, Brooks-TLC chief nursing officer/chief operating officer, “And we’re very excited to have her in charge of our Clinical Outpatient Services. She has been an exemplary nurse and ambassador for our hospital and health care system while bringing an extraordinary energy to everything she does.”
Dillenburg will be responsible for the Emergency Department and Cardio-pulmonary while continuing to oversee Brooks-TLC’s nursing education services, in collaboration with Jamestown Community College (JCC).
“I am very honored and excited to be given the role of Director of Nursing for Outpatient Services,” said Dillenburg. “I have been with Brooks-TLC for many years and feel this will give me the opportunity to use all the knowledge I have gained over the years here. My plan first and foremost, is to be present and actively participate in all areas and with all staff under my purview. I look forward to beginning my new role December 1.”
After receiving her associate’s degree in nursing from JCC, she earned her bachelor of science degree in nursing from Daemen College. She holds a master’s degree in nursing science from Excelsior University.
