Services Offered

Primary Care (Monday – Friday)
Services: Referrals, immunizations, physicals, DOT physicals, Workers’ Comp, point of service testing, GYN services, certified diabetes education. etc.

​Imaging (7 days a week)
​Services: X-Ray (Fractures and infections, arthritis, lung infections or conditions, enlarged heart, blocked blood vessels, abdominal and digestive tract problems, swallowed items)

Laboratory Service Center (Monday – Friday)
Services: Blood draws and urinalysis, quick results, no appointment necessary, first come-first served.

Physical Therapy (Monday – Friday)
Services: Neurological / balance Disorders, musculoskeletal, sports injuries, post-op/rehabilitation, women’s health, specialty areas (vestibular / balance assessment and treatment, return to sport functional testing, kinesio taping / manual therapy).

Urgent Care (10 a.m. to 7 p.m., 7 days a week)
Services: Fever without a rash, vomiting or persistent diarrhea, abdominal pain, wheezing or shortness of breath, dehydration, moderate flu-like symptoms, sprains and strains, small cuts that may require stitches. No appointment necessary. First come, first served.
